Booking & Payments
How do I book Casa Layda?
Through Ruralidays, our official booking platform. Check availability for your dates and complete your booking directly there.
How is the stay paid for?
You choose: you can pay the full amount through Ruralidays, or book with an initial deposit and pay the rest in cash upon arrival.
Is a security deposit required?
No, no deposit is required. Your stay includes insurance that covers any accidental damage.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation terms depend on the policy set on Ruralidays at the time of booking. Please check before confirming.
Arrival & Departure
What time are check‑in and check‑out?
Check‑in is from 4:00 PM. Check‑out is by 10:00 AM.
How does the check‑in process work?
Montse and Salvador will welcome you in person at the house, show you how everything works, and answer any questions before leaving you to settle in.
Can I arrive earlier or leave later?
Just send us a message on WhatsApp in advance. If availability allows, we always try to be flexible.
Is there parking?
Yes, the house includes a private garage for your vehicle.

How many people can stay at Casa Layda?
The house sleeps up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
Are parties or events allowed?
No. Casa Layda is a space designed for rest and relaxation. Parties and events are not permitted.
Is there Wi‑Fi?
Yes, we have high‑speed Wi‑Fi throughout the house.
Are the pool and jacuzzi available year‑round?
Yes, both the pool and the outdoor jacuzzi are operational all year, though their optimal use depends on the season.
The Surrounding Area
How far is the beach?
Approximately 1 km away – about a 10‑ to 15‑minute walk.
Do I need a car to get around?
A car is highly recommended to make the most of the area (Nerja, Frigiliana, hiking trails), although the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants are within walking distance.
Are there supermarkets nearby?
Yes, you'll find supermarkets and shops for your daily needs just a few minutes away by car.
Families & Children
Is Casa Layda suitable for families with young children?
Yes – many families with babies and young children stay with us. On request, we can provide a cot and other baby equipment.
Are there children's activities nearby?
Yes, there are water parks, zoos, and family‑friendly attractions all within an hour's drive. Check our "Things to Do" page for more details.
